Sales Administration Manager

Due to internal progression we need to recruit a highly organised and efficient Administrative
Manager to head up our small but busy Sales Administration Team.

The successful candidate will have already experience in a similar role and will be
comfortable with leading the Team to improve the service which we deliver


The role

You will be required to manage the sales team who are the primary contact point with customers for answering sales calls, handling stock inquiries, responding to sample requests and processing orders for delivery.

You will also be responsible for the resolution of customer queries and will need to effectively communicate with relevant individuals at all levels both within and outside the Company
